Au pair Kristy resides in Cape Town and is available for positions in the Southern Suburbs. This year she will be finishing off her schooling in exercise and health science with special interest in adolescent fitness and nutrition and would love to find a placement as an au pair. She is ideally looking for a position to au pair a girl/girls of any age. She is hoping to one day in the future create a career that is focused on helping young girls establish good dietary habits and build self worth on a healthy foundation. Cooking is her passion and she loves to experiment with new techniques and wholesome ingredients, putting a healthy spin on family favorite recipes. She is happy to do grocery shopping and meal plans, as well as prepare nutritious and delicious evening meals for you and your family and daily balanced lunches for your kids. She is well travelled, academically inclined and has a lot of experience working closely with children of different ages. Furthermore she is a qualified make up artist as well as a qualified personal trainer and is eager to share her knowledge and assist with exercise routines and extra mural activities. She is confident that her life experience and academic work will be able to benefit the children in her care in some way. She considers herself a spirited and proactive person with a very kind and outgoing nature. She is a good communicator and team player. She prides herself on being reliable, responsible and courteous as well as extremely compassionate and understanding. She is a a non drinker, non smoker, has 8 years driving experience and a reliable car.
